UCSF CHINA BASIN LANDING, San Francisco, CA
Design/Build 50,000 sq. ft. interior tenant improvement on behalf of UCSF and McCarthy Cook. Project features a ground floor 10,000 sq. ft. imaging center including two GE 1.5T Twin Speed MRI suites, one GE 3T MRI suite, two Philips MX-8000 CT suites, bone densitometry, and associated patient and administrative space.

Third floor features 30,000 sq. ft. of administrative, educational and research laboratories including Varian NMR suite, animal care and OR suite, Chemistry and various research and imaging laboratories. Project is also complimented by state-of-the-art conference and classroom facilities.

UCSF ACC 3T MRI, San Francisco, CA
Replacement of existing 1.5T MRI system with new 3 Tesla MRI system by GE Medical Systems. Project located in ACC building of UCSF’s Parnassus St. campus.

LIBERTY PACIFIC MEDICAL IMAGING, Palmdale, CA
Design/Build imaging center in downtown mid-rise structure to accommodate the Siemens Symphony 1.5T MRI system, Ultra-sound and C-arm equipment. The first of three projects to be completed on behalf of Liberty Pacific Medical Imaging this year.
