Design/Build 48,000 sq. ft. interior tenant improvement on behalf of UCSF. Project features a ground floor 10,000 sq. ft. Imaging Center including two GE 1.5T Twin Speed MRI suites, one GE 3T MRI suite, two Philips MX-8000 CT suites, and associated patient and administrative space.

Third floor features 38,000 sq. ft. of administrative, educational and research laboratories including Varian NMR suite, animal care and OR suite, Chemistry and various research and imaging laboratories. Project is also complimented by state-of-the-art conference and classroom facilities.
